The garden produces the typical vegetables of the season.
ur vegetable garden is traditional to the Alentejo region. At our reception and grocery shop, guests may order seasonal fruits and vegetables in advance, which will be fresh and recently harvested. All of our agricultural production utilizes artisanal and natural techniques.
Among the least common, we highlight: persimmons, pomegranates, avocados, olives, cherry tomato, sweet potatoes and beetroot.
